Had been anxious to try them after hearing name mentioned by friends and the fact that they are in the Dixie Grove area. We figured we'd go on a week day and avoid traffic. Wrong..so let's start with the most negative part of our experience. Using our GPS we followed directions precisely. All went well as we proceeded north on US 1 going to SW 27ave. We were in the area around 4pm. Once we hit the light at 27ave, we were consumed by traffic going in all directions. Having no choice, we settled into the flow as we had to make a complete circle before coming out on 27ave going south. It was also about that time we began to realize we do we park. As we approached the restaurant and made our turn searching for parking, a couple yards further we we were excited to find parking in the rear. Now for the goid stuff. As you enter, you are handed a menue were you can ask questions make your choices and taken to a table. The setting is minimalist but comfortable and casual. What had brought us here was the thought of custom hand pulled noodles and all the noodles you could eat. Prices were very reasonable and as advertised under $20 per dish. The food came out extremely quickly. The service was fast as well (our waiter Anastasia was great). The food was also incredible, the noodles and broth were some of the best I’ve ever had, and there are free noodle refills. The General Tso’s chicken was great as well. The dumplings were also some of the best I’ve ever had. The prices weren’t crazy either. We’ll definitely be coming back here.

I wanna take my time when I write this view . This place today showed me what it is really like to love what you do . And not treat it like a job. . From the moment I saw the kitchen. I said this is the place . I felt the love while I was talking by the kitchen . The hand craft in the preparation ,the focus as they cooked the meals.the confidence, Though that caught my eye amongst most things . The biggest thing for me is their family time . There was a time during my visit there that they all sat together and had dinner. You don’t see that every day . It was lovely as well to see the people From the actual Chinese culture in the kitchen. How authentic and true to their culture. They do a finger snaps . Thought I found pretty dope and what they say it signifies is🫰🏽. This place packs a lot of volume from culture to love . Andrea a woman with a foodie heart and loves to what she does. All of her recommendations were spot on . Lychee matcha delicious, the chilli sauce with the wontons yum Soup dumplings, 🥟 very unique and different but understood. Amazing food, great flavor... u wait a little but it was worth it... The kitchen is open and we can see them doing the own pasta( see the video) We love it and very family oriented...

Amazing food. There wasn’t a dish we didn’t like. The hand pulled noodle soups are delicious. Highly recommend. Omar, is an amazing waiter. I would recommend coming during the weekdays or earlier on weekends. They get busy on weekends and don’t have enough support for the amount of volume. Omar- is amazing. He keeps a very calm demeanor in a chaotic atmosphere. We first came on a Friday evening. And waited 30 mins for a table of 3. We came back on Sunday around 4:30p and it wasn’t as busy. Parking: small parking lot in the back. Another reason to not come during the busy time. You can park in the Grove Central parking lot if you can’t find any in the back. I subtracted a star due to the service. Many time we had to request for water or a menu. We would tell one waiter/waitress and they would forget and then Omar would come by and help. They need more training on “following through” on customers request. Or have specific duties for each person. Bc it was a bit chaotic. Hopefully they can improve on this.
